When I turned up at my first Wim Hof Workshop in Barcelona, I didn't know much about Wim, the method or it's benefits. Four hours and a lot of deep breathing later and it was all I could think about. During the breathwork I remember feeling this deep sense of well being rush over me and this was only enhanced by the following ice bath.
Not only this but I'd connected with so many interesting and like minded people over the day. It was an experience that changed me for the better and straight away I knew I wanted to train as an instructor.
As a WHM instructor it's my job and passion to guide you into having the best experience possible, so that you can get the amazing benefits of the breath and cold in the same way as I did that day.
Originally coming from the UK, i`ve been living in Barcelona for the last seven years. My background is in teaching and I spent 5 years working at International British Schools in the city. However, more recently I became a coach and help people to overcome problems with anxiety, as well as teaching the WHM.
My workshops are dynamic, engaging and fun. My aim is to provide everyone who attends with the skills and motivation to incorporate the WHM into their everyday lives, in order to reap the incredible benefits the method has to offer.
