I have a passion for life, and I call it MADSMILE. It stands for Make A Difference Smiling More In Life Everyday. I use the WHM as a tool to bring Happiness, Strength and Health to my life, and now I get to share this simple yet powerful method with you.

Have you ever wanted to have a stronger mind-body connection? Then the WHM is for you. The three pillars of the WHM consists of breathing exercises, gradual exposure to cold, commitment and mindset.
