With a small group we'll take the first steps into the wonderful world of Wim Hof. Safe and trusted, in my wooden house and the shores of lake Agunnaryd.
You can easily travel to Agunnaryd by car, bus (Flix bus stops in Ljungby, 20 minutes away) and by train to Älmhult, 30 minutes away. We can organise transport if required. There is a possiblity to pitch a tent or book a cottage at Agundaborg!
