In a world where stress has become a constant companion for many, our bodies and minds are paying the price. Prolonged stress wears us down, leaving us more vulnerable to fatigue, anxiety, chronic inflammation, and the relentless cycle of overthinking about the past and future. But what if there was a relatively simple method to help overcome many of these challenges?

Hej! My name is Roos Hogervorst, a Dutch Wim Hof instructor living by the shores of a beautiful lake in Småland, Sweden. Welcome to my page, where I share my passion for living a strong, happy, and healthy life! After experiencing a stressful period at work in 2014, I attended a Wim Hof workshop that changed my life. It made me realize the incredible power of expanding the mind and breath. Since then, I've been committed to optimizing my health, strengthening my body, and embracing the transformative effects of cold exposure, breathwork, and mindset.

I’ve always loved sports, especially those connected to water, and my journey into cold exposure began with a 30-day cold shower challenge, which left me feeling stronger and more energized. The Wim Hof Method has not only restored my energy and reduced stress, but it has also greatly improved my digestive health.

I offer Wim Hof Fundamental workshops, breathing classes, and individual sessions, all infused with my personal experience in athletic training and overcoming stress. My workshops are available in Swedish, English, or Dutch, depending on participants’ preferences. Together, we’ll explore the method’s three pillars—Breathwork, Cold Exposure, and Mindset/Commitment—guiding you toward a happier, healthier, and stronger version of yourself.

The Wim Hof Method offers numerous health benefits, including improved immune function, better sleep, heightened focus, reduced stress, and increased energy. Through my workshops, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and unlock your potential for growth, resilience, and well-being.
