After a long life of traditional activities, family, work, kids, travel, within the confines of what we are all programmed for, a series of hard events took place, which turned life as I knew it, upside-down. No physical setbacks but severe emotional ones. I have always had a natural ability to help friends and family trhrough diffciult, sometimes debilitating emotional problems. The time arrived to help myself.

I found The Wim Hof Method on my own, met Wim at one of his life changing Excursions, and found my Prurpose there. In the process, I became Happier, Healther and Stronger that ever!.

I became a Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, October 2024 in Poland. I am extremely happy to be an ambassador of the Method and spread Love and Power as far and wide as I can.
