Sam was the driving force behind the introduction of the Wim Hof Method to Australia and Asia, becoming the founding member and torchbearer of WHM in these regions. Meeting and connecting with Wim marked the beginning of his journey. The method reignited his drive, giving him love, passion, and motivation, and opening his eyes to spirituality. "Wim’s mission became like an arrow," he says.

From the outset, he has been fully committed to the mission, participating in seven week-long expeditions( 2014,2015,2016x3,2019,2022) and fourteen one-day events as both a participant and organizer. Since then, he has shared the method with thousands of people across Australia and the globe. As a Level 3 Highest Level Instructor—a teacher of teachers—Sam embodies what the method emulates. An instructor with an abundance of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to share, he instils love and passion in all he teaches.

Sam qualified from Monash University with a Bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Banking and Finance. He also qualified as an accountant working in consumer finance for a decade with some of the top banks in Australia. However, his real passion lies in what he is doing now—helping people transform their lives. As a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist working full-time for over 15 years, with more than 20,000 hours of experience influencing human behaviour, coaching, and training people of all ages and backgrounds, Sam has dedicated himself to helping people improve their lives and shape their futures.
