The first time when Sandra came across with the Wim Hof Method was during her first yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2017. Every day for three weeks with several rounds of Wim Hof Method's breathing exercise Sandra got pretty high on her own supply! High on life! 

In 2021 Sandra started her journey to become a certified WHM instructor to learn the secrets to a happy, strong and healthy life. During her WHM instructor training she met and was taught from Wim the master himself! 

Sandra is basically an economist but since 2018 she is the owner of Office Yoga Malmö. She is a full-time yoga- as well as WHM Level 2 instructor. Her mission is to share these powerful tools, inspiring participants to embrace well-being and unlock their potential.
