The WHM has been such a blessing to me, I would not give it up for the world. It's an absolute pleasure for me to be able to help others along this path. I have learned to love the cold and adopt breathing techniques into my daily life. Let me help you do the same.

Thank you for viewing my profile, I’m Sharon (facebook and internet TheColdTherapyCommunity). I was born and bred in Scotland, I now live in NL (where I was inspired by Wim himself) and speak fluent Dutch and English. My workshops can be given in both languages so please just specify, in the comments, when booking which language you prefer and all will be arranged.

Alongside workshops I also teach at the faculty of safety and security management at a university in the Netherlands and before that I worked for the Dutch Police Academy for 14yrs. So Suffice to say you are in safe hands with me! Teaching is my passion and helping others is my drive.

I initially started the Wim Hoff method to help boost my failing immune system and I was so impressed that I decided to become an instructor so that I can spread the word and help you too. My groups are small, I really focus on personal contact. Once you have attended you will be invited to follow up Ice Baths so that you can continue practicing the method safely.

Having grown up in Scotland I love the great outdoors but the cold was always my foe. Come and find out how I turned this around. In my workshop I will teach you how not to fear the cold but to embrace it and use it to your advantage.

In my workshop I will teach you breathwork which will help you to handle stress better, face anxiety and keep illnesses at bay. You will leave with the tools to a healthier and happier life.

De WHM is zo'n zegen voor mij geweest, ik zou het niet opgeven voor de wereld. Het is voor mij een absoluut genoegen om anderen op deze weg te kunnen helpen. Ik heb geleerd om van de kou te houden en ademhalingstechnieken toe te passen in mijn dagelijks leven. Laat me je helpen hetzelfde te doen.

Bedankt voor het bekijken van mijn profiel, ik ben Sharon (facebook: Re-juvenice), geboren en getogen in Schotland, ik woon nu in NL (waar ik werd geïnspireerd door Wim zelf) en spreek vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Mijn workshops kunnen in beide talen gegeven worden, dus geef in de opmerkingen bij het reserveren aan welke taal je voorkeur heeft en de rest komt goed!

Ik geef momenteel les aan de academie integraal veiligheidskunde aan een universiteit in Nederland en daarvoor werkte ik voor de Nederlandse Politieacademie (ruim 14 jaar). Dus bij mij ben je in veilige handen! Lesgeven is mijn passie en anderen helpen groeien is mijn drive.

Ik begon met de Wim Hof-methode om mijn falende immuunsysteem een boost te geven, en was zo onder de indruk dat ik besloot instructeur te worden, zodat ik het woord kan verspreiden en ook anderen kan helpen. Ik ben opgegroeid in Schotland en hou van het buitenleven, maar de kou was altijd mijn vijand. Ontdek hoe ik dit omdraaide in een workshop met me.

In mijn workshop zal ik je leren niet bang te zijn voor de kou, maar om het te omarmen en het in je voordeel te kunnen gebruiken.

In mijn workshop zal ik je breathwork leren, wat je zal helpen stress beter aan te pakken en auto-immuunziekten op een afstand te houden. Je vertrekt met de gereedschap voor een gezonder en gelukkiger leven.
