Sono Stefano, classe 1981, sono felicemente sposato e papà di due splendide bambine: Iris e Dafne.
Nella vita di tutti i giorni, lavoro come ingegnere di processo, ed ho una grande passione per lo sport in generale. Negli anni ho praticato: ciclismo (a livello agonistico fino all'età di 21 anni), calcio (con l'insolita attività di arbitro tra il 2002 ed il 2011), corsa e trekking. In generale mi etusiasmano tutte le attività che mi permettono di stare a contatto con la natura e all'arria aperta.
Negli ultimi anni, come hobby, mi sono dedicato a studiare tematiche di crescita personale e di miglioramento del benessere fisico e mentale tramite le tecniche di biohacking: da qui ho scoperto, tramite il libro di Wim Hof, l'omonimo metodo.
Appena concluso il libro ho iniziato a sperimentare la metodologia che ho potuto apprendere nella sua interezza grazie ad un workshop. Ho compreso meglio le tecniche di respirazione e come espormi in sicurezza al freddo. L'esperienza mi ha soprattutto generato motivazione, forza e un'esplosione di emozioni.
Da quel giorno il Wim Hof Method è entrato nella mia vita come pratica quotidiana, regalandomi giorno dopo giorno un migliore equilibrio con me stesso, aiutandomi a gestire momenti di forte stress in ambito lavorativo e assistendomi nell'avere più focus e concentrazione nel comprendere i miei valori.
Per questi motivi e per quanto mi entusiasma questa pratica, ho deciso di diventare istruttore.

My name is Stefano, born in 1981. I’m happily married and the proud father of two wonderful daughters: Iris and Dafne
In my day-to-day life, I work as a process engineer. I have a strong passion for sports in general. Over the years, I’ve practiced cycling (competitively until I was 21), soccer (where I held the unusual role of referee from 2002 to 2011), running, and trekking. In general, I enjoy any activity that lets me be in contact with nature and the outdoors.
In recent years, as a hobby, I’ve been studying topics related to personal growth and enhancing physical and mental well-being through biohacking techniques. My journey led me to the book by Wim Hof and his well-known method.
Right after finishing the book, I started experimenting with the methodology, and thanks to a workshop, I was able to learn it in depth. I gained a better understanding of the breathing techniques and how to safely expose myself to the cold. Above all, the experience sparked a deep internal motivation, strength, and an explosion of emotions.
Since that day, the Wim Hof Method has become part of my daily life, offering me a better balance with myself each day, helping me manage high-stress situations at work, and assisting me in achieving greater focus and concentration in understanding my values.
For these reasons and because of my enthusiasm for the method, I’ve decided to become an instructor!
