WHM Training

My approach to training people in the Wim Hof Method is science-based and taught how it was designed to be. The WHM should be accessible to everyone with no previous experience required.

You don't need to be a yogi, spiritually enlightened, marathon runner or superhuman. Whatever stage of your life and health goals, you can learn the Wim Hof Method and reap the many benefits.

Wim Hof Method Cold Exposure

We have huge single-person Ice Baths in which we put in 350-400kg of ice. Making the water temperature 1-2 degrees C. This is a real ice bath and true cold exposure training.

Single person, ice bath allows you to focus. No distractions. Your breath, your mind, your body and the cold. Bringing you back to nature as Wim says.

We are the only place in Thailand that you can regularly get into 350kg of ice in a single person ice bath. We do it properly.

This is far far better than cryotherapy, don't be fooled by marketing.

Wim Hof Method Breathing

We have invested a lot of money to make your WHM breathwork experience the best. Our studio is fully pollution-free, we have 6 high-end air filters running 24/7 making sure that the PM 2.5 levels are zero, ready for healthy & safe Breathwork

We also have a high-end surround sound system in which we play specially curated music while you go deep with your breathing. The music isn't a distraction but enhances the whole experience.

Comfortable seating and mats are supplied, with eye masks and extra cushions and pillows should you need them.

Wim Hof Method Minset

Understanding what to do with your mind/focus during the WHM practice can be confusing and difficult to master.

Our WHM workshops explain the Mindset pillar in detail, backed by science. Specific exercises are done to let you understand, feel and connect your body and mind.

Once you have mastered the mindset, the time comes to test your new skill in the ice bath.
