Three years ago I realized that I do not live fully. This was the start of a beautiful transformation - back to nature, back to my feelings, back to my intuition. I was questioning every aspect of my life.
Due to the Wim Hof Method as one of my daily routines I delved deeply into my soul - to explore and understand myself a little bit more and see and reconnect with my truest values through stretching my comfort zones of my mind and body.
Wim always says, we are fully living when we are happy, strong and healthy. In my eyes, everybody has a very unique potential. It is our birth right to live a life fully while striving and actualizing our greatest self.
