ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Thibaut and thank you for checking out my profile. I'm really proud to represent the Wim Hof Method and to accompany you on your journey.
I'm sport trainer and WHM instructor and my goal is to guide each of you to be happier, stronger and healthier !
The Wim Hof Method has helped me to have a much stronger and resistant immune system, to deal with my stress, which was part of my daily life, but especially to gradually manage my fears. I always was deeply afraid of death and I have seen many specialists during all my childhood to get rid of that fear, but nothing worked until I discovered the WHM and participated in my first WHM travel experience.
I, then, took the step to become an instructor, in 2024, to help you and others on your journey.
I would be glad to meet you in person, to help you in any aspect, enjoy the present, and spread the love around us.

Welcome to the WHM experience:
You will be able to book fundamental workshops, weekends, one-on-one sessions and 5/10 week course with me, either in french or in english.
Some of the workshops will take place in my house in the Pyrénées, in France, which is a wonderful location, with view on mountains, and some will be international, alone, with an asistant, or with other instructors.
I would like to invite you to experience the power of this method and see how it can change your life.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Thibaut et merci de jeter un oeil à mon profil. Je suis très fier de représenter la méthode Wim Hof et de vous accompagner dans votre cheminement.
Je suis coach sportif et instructeur de la méthode Wim Hof et mon objectif est de guider chacun d’entre vous à être plus heureux, plus fort et en meilleure santé !
La méthode Wim Hof m’a aidé à avoir un système immunitaire beaucoup plus fort et résistant, à faire face au stress qui faisait partie de ma vie quotidienne, mais surtout, à progressivement gérer mes peurs. J’ai toujours eu une peur profonde de la mort et j’ai vu beaucoup de spécialistes durant toute mon enfance pour me débarrasser de cette peur, mais rien n’a fonctionné jusqu’à ce que je découvre la méthode Wim Hof et que je participe à mon premier voyage Wim Hof.
J’ai, ensuite, franchi le pas pour devenir instructeur, en 2024, afin de t'aider toi et les autres dans vos chemins de vie.
Je serais heureux de te rencontrer, de t'aider dans n'importe quel domaine, de profiter des moments présents, et de propager l'amour autour de nous.

Tu vas avoir l'opportunité de réserver des ateliers fondamentaux, des week-ends, des sessions individuelles et des cours de 5/10 semaines avec moi, en français ou en anglais.
