Hello......I'm Tim. I like golf, motorcross, meditation, forest bathing, trail running, strength training, and cold water......oh, and I like handpan, rap, trance, punk, and heavy metal music........variety is the spice of life right?
Since my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2016, my mission has been to help millions of people reduce cognitive decline, or achieve their Cognitive Prime and live a long vigorous life, and I am client #1.
At that time I was a very unhealthy 39 yr old, but my dad's diagnosis really aligned my focus on my own health, particularly because I was an ex-football player(US football) with a handful of concussions, I can remember ;-), and I learned I carried the Apoe4 gene responsible for an increased risk of Alzheimer's. So with the brain as my new obsession, I found myself leading down a new path of all things brain health and longevity.
In my search for living an optimal life, what I've found is that there is no such thing as "silver bullet" when it comes to optimal brain function and longevity, but rather a multitude of tactics which one can deploy and for me over the last 4 years, The Wim Hof Method has been the foundation.
I look forward to connecting with you and helping you on your journey.
Be vigorous, Tim
