Tim has been in health care for the past 15 years as a full time Chiropractor. His introduction to breathwork started from childhood and since then has practiced many breathwork techniques. He has been practicing the Wim Hof Method (WHM) religiously for the past three years and incorporates many of its principles into his personal and professional life.

The WHM provides simple and achievable techniques to better your life physicaly, mentaly and spiritualy. 

Tim combines his extensive knowledge of health and wellness through chiropractic care, sacro-occipital techniques, the WHM (Wim Hof Method), Conscious connective breathing and the Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMS) with his holistic approach to personal growth. He offers professional guidance to learn and harness the benefits of the WHM in daily life.

Tim has a passion for working with and understanding the interplay between the mind and the body and how we can reach our full potential by strengthening their connection. The breath and the ice are powerful methods that connect us with our truest self and to others.

By learning and practicing the Three Pillars of the WHM we become more mindful of ourselves and others, we become more energised and sleep better at night, faulty thought patterns are changed and our mental and physical landscapes become more resilient, adaptable and stronger.

Tim enjoys time raising his three boys with his wife in beautiful Tasman, New Zealand. There isn’t a day where he misses a good breath session or an icy plunge.
