I've been a small business owner for 25 years, and travel extensively internationally.  I've practiced the WHM for three years, and in that time, not picked up all the little colds and illnesses I used to always catch. I can get all the benefits of my daily WHM practice in any hotel room anywhere in the world.  

I've trained hard all my life, beginning with soccer all around the world in my youth and in college.  I have found WHM to compliment and enhance any training I do.

The cold challenges I encountered during my instructor couse in Poland and at home in my deep freezer have taken me beyond what I've thought possible, and the focus and mindest I've learned from these activities help me in my business and life.

Most importantly, from Wim on down, this is a wonderful community that I'm proud to be a part of helping people become happy, healthy and strong.
