Aloha - I was born and raised in the Far East of Russia. At 17, I bravely moved to the U.S. by myself. I attended James Madison University in Virginia, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. I visited Hawaii as a tourist in 2019, and from that moment, I dreamed of making it my home. In January 2022, I finally made the move, pursuing the paradise life I had always envisioned growing up.
My journey with cold exposure and breathwork began during a challenging time in my life. After eight years of marriage, I faced its end and was overwhelmed with anxiety about what lay ahead. Trying an ice bath for the first time helped me reconnect with myself, rediscover my true desires, and forge a new path forward.
I’m deeply passionate about the transformative power of cold exposure, breathwork, and mindset. I truly believe in their ability to heal, strengthen, and make us happier. This passion has inspired me to pursue certification as a Wim Hof Method (WHM) instructor!
