As a Doctor and teacher of everything from breathing to biochemistry for over fifteen years, you can pretty much ask me anything and we can break it down together in a way that is fun, empowering, and memorable. I've taught everyone from Olympic athletes to my two and a half year old daughter the power of breathwork. Expect to have a really good time and learn some awesome tools for decreasing stress and building up your body.
