J’ai une formation d’Ostéopathie (Ostéopathe D.O) en 6 ans d’études supérieures. Je suis également formateur spécialiste de la thérapie manuelle, de la posture et du mouvement depuis 2015.
En 2018, J’ai décidé d’étudier la méthode WIM HOF après avoir souffert de terrible poussées inflammatoires qui ont perturbé ma vie personnelle, professionnelle et sportive (Ceinture noire 4ème DAN de judo et niveau national).

Je remercie WIM HOF de m'avoir transmis ses connaissances et son expérience à travers l'académie des instructeurs. Cela a bouleversé ma vision du monde et une réflexion thérapeutique ! Mon expérience professionnelle et sportive de haut niveau m’a permis de comprendre rapidement toute la pertinence et la puissance des techniques de la méthode WIM HOF sur la santé et la performance. Je suis Instructeur Certifié WIM HOF METHOD depuis 2023.
A ce jour, mon objectif est simple : transmettre cette approche à mes patients et aux athlètes pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs de santé, de prévention et de performance !
Mon approche
Parce que je recherche toujours des solutions efficaces et naturelles dans l’optimisation de la performance sportives et de la santé, j’ai développé mon centre de préparation B-API en Bretagne sur la côte ouest du littoral Français. Je soigne les personnes qui présentent des troubles de la posture et des douleurs chroniques mais je suis également spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des sportifs de haut niveau et/ou des entreprise dans la prévention des TMS.
Je propose des formules sur-mesure alliant des approches innovantes de thérapies et d’entrainements indoor et out-door basées sur les dernières découvertes en neuro-sciences et applicables facilement.
Les outils que j'utilise sont l'Ostéopathie, la Posturopathie, les Préférences Motrices avec l'Approche ActionTypes, la respiration avec l’Oxygen Advantage, les bains froids avec la WIM HOF METHOD et beaucoup d’autres expériences vous permettront d’aller plus loin dans la découverte de votre potentiel physique et mental !

My Experience
Health practitioner and coach of high-level athletes (international).
I have a training in Osteopathy (Osteopath D.O) in 6 years of higher studies. I am also a trainer specialist in manual therapy, posture and movement since 2015.
In 2018, I decided to study the WIM HOF method after having suffered terrible inflammatory outbreaks that disrupted my personal, professional and sporting life (4th DAN black belt in judo and national level). It allowed me to heal myself and really changed my life! I thank WIM HOF for having transmitted his knowledge and his experience through the academy of instructors. It has changed my world view and therapeutic thinking! It has given me the energy to explore new horizons and to follow through on my project to help the world take care of itself!
My professional and high level sports experience allowed me to quickly understand the relevance and power of the WIM HOF techniques on health and performance. I am a Certified WIM HOF METHOD Instructor since 2023.
Today, my objective is simple: to transmit this approach to my patients and athletes to help them achieve their health, prevention and performance goals!
My approach
Because I am always looking for effective and natural solutions to optimize sports performance and health, I have developed my B-API preparation center in Brittany on the west coast of France. I treat people with posture disorders and chronic pain but I am also specialized in helping high level sportsmen and women and/or companies in the prevention of RSI.
I offer tailor-made packages combining innovative approaches to indoor and out-door therapy and training based on the latest discoveries in neuroscience and easily applicable.
The tools I use are Osteopathy, Posturopathy, Motor Preferences with the ActionTypes Approach, breathing with the Oxygen Advantage, cold baths with the WIM HOF METHOD and many other experiences that will allow you to go further in the discovery of your physical and mental potential!
