Dans les stages 'Les fondamentaux', nous découvrons les 3 piliers de la méthode. On parle bénéfices, théorie, sciences... Mais Wim le dit lui-même, rien n’est mieux que ‘faire’ ! Nous allons donc expérimenter les bienfaits de la respiration, de l’exposition au froid et du pouvoir du mental. « Oui, le bain de glace t’attend ! Ne soit pas inquiet, tout ira bien !»
En sortant de ce stage, tu auras déjà tous les outils pour appliquer la méthode chez toi, en sécurité, et en retirer les meilleurs bénéfices.
Dans les stages 'weekend', nous allons plus loin dans la pratique de la méthode 'avancée' avec un thème reccurent qui est "l'énergie vitale": qu'est ce que l'énergie vitale? comment la récupérer, pourquoi, comment l'utiliser?
Dans tous mes stages, je m'applique à ce que vous puissiez vivre un moment de partage, serein, une aventure heureuse et forte !
Je limite le nombre de participants a 12 personnes pour un accompagnement plus personnalisé (25 en breathwork).
Ecouter son corps et dompter son esprit, nous permet d’évoluer, de s’aimer soi-même, d’être proche des autres et de la nature.

In the 'Fundamentals' courses, we discover the 3 pillars of the method. We talk about benefits, theory, science... But Wim says it himself, nothing is better than 'doing'!
