I have been an athlete and outdoor person all my life, passionate about skiing, trekking, martial arts, boxing and many outdoor and extreme experiences. Initially when I started practicing the Wim Hof Method, it was only to improve my health and strength. As I deepened and expanded my practice, I saw an increase not only in performance and mental toughness but I was able to reignite my inner fire by connecting with my heart and intuition. Now I hope to share my expriences and work with people from all backgrounds and facing various life challenges to unlock their full potential.
