I grew up in a small valley surrounded by the magnificent mountains in South Tyrol and I always felt attracted to the versatility of nature. I discovered the fundamental power of breath and breathworking in 2008 hor myself and I immediately was blown. Surprised by the impact in and around his body and mind, I felt like he had found an invaluable diamond in my life.
Today I`ve been a professional breathwork practitioner for more than a decade. I`m constantly searching for ways and methods to get rid of suffering in life and I`m striving for vitality and the highest potential. So over the years I was trained mental practices and systemic family constellation for myself and for the support of people.
I`ve always believed that we all can stay healthy and strong and can improve our mental and physiological conditions, even if the are currently very bad.
