Community Sessions are intended for like-minded locals who already know and love the Wim Hof Method, and would like to consistently practice together under guidance of an Instructor.
These are short, condensed sessions that focus on practice over theory. A ~2 hour get-together that begins with a brief recap of the method, and transitions into an immersive breathing session, followed by an energizing ice bath experience.
Led by a certified WHM Instructor, these follow-up workshops provide a supportive space for you to continue your Wim Hof Method practice under expert guidance. Strengthen control over your body and mind with consistent bite-size sessions that you can fit into a busy day.
As with all WHM workshops, the small scale ensures personalized attention and tailored coaching. Our skilled Instructors bring unique specializations to each session, infusing variations that cater to individual preferences and objectives.
Who should attend?
This follow-up session is ideally suited for those who already have a basis in the Wim Hof Method and are eager to continue practicing with like-minded people. A basic level of health is recommended for participation. Out of precaution, we advise against participating during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues or other severe health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Matthew has 25+ years experience in health, fitness, therapy, & recognized by health insurance. The ice plunge is his happy place.

Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.
Please make sure that you show your order number on arrival, either on a print-out or via your phone.
We advise to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

Three mornings a week at 07:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays we have fun group classes where we practice Breathwork, Ice bath, and a workout, with a focus on strength, mindset. Eg. we do a 5' plank, or 100 repetition of a chosen exercise. Classes have been running 7+ years. Join the community.
