Relax into your power
Aaron is 31 years old and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has over 6 years of coaching experience as an indoor skydiving instructor where helps first-timers of all ages (3-93) learn how to fly their bodies in a vertical wind tunnel. The cold—like the wind—can be an intense experience, but if we can find internal alignment with the elements they can teach us how to relax into our power.
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley and as a certified EMT, Aaron’s pursuit to understand the mind-body connection is grounded in scientific research and practical application.
Thoughts from the Instructor:
Everybody is on their own journey of self-actualization, and the WHM attracts people who are on many different paths. Some are athletes looking for increased performance and recovery, others are hoping to manage symptoms of their medical condition by tapping into their body’s natural healing mechanisms, and others are looking to improve the relationship between their mind and body to reach peak performance.
Through scientifically supported techniques of breathwork and cold exposure, the WHM helps us realize how deep the mind-body relationship goes and how we can influence them both to help live a happier, stronger, and healthier life.
As a Wim Hof Method instructor, it is my privilege to give others the tools they’re looking for to find their balance and realize their power.
