Icelander living in Denmark, loving life and the Wim Hof Method.
My background is in construction so I know first hand what daily stress, deadlines followed by anxiety and eventually burn outs can do to people, including myself.
With the help of the Wim Hof Method I was able to completely turn my life around and get total control in every area of my life.
My goal is to help people get control and improve their quality of life in a loving, fun and safe surroundings, realizing life is to be lived from inside out.
