Having spend 30 years in corporate UK (Rolls Royce Aerospace) in 2014 I left the 9-5 to explore a new life in Bulgaria.

The Wim Hof Method fits totally with my rural lifestyle in connection with nature. I first found the method in 2019 but it wasn't until I experienced a life-threatening event in 2021 that I implemented it into my daily routine and believe 100% I would not be here without it.

Having learned how to use this method to optimize my own health and wellness, I am now passionate about helping others do the same.
