Today, she works with a diverse range of people—including women, athletes, and youth—teaching functional breathing, breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. She emphasizes scalable and accessible practices that promote personal and planetary well-being.
Her ongoing commitment to expanding her physical and mental boundaries has led her to extraordinary adventures like climbing Europe’s windiest mountain in shorts at -25°C, retreating for 10-day full silent meditation and scaling Mt. Kilimanjaro without altitude sickness medication while on her period. These experiences embody her belief in the power of the mind and breath to overcome any challenge, big or small.
