Im from a little village in a valley near Mexico city called Tepoztlan. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Anemia, before being hospitalized a couple of people recommended me to try the WHM.

After 2 weeks doing the breathing daily I recovered from Anemia and surrendered completely to the practice and  taking in 2020 a WHFundamentals Workshop to learn also the ice inmmersion.

After 3 more years doing regular icebaths and breathing everyday I had the opportunity to meet Wim who in 10 days not just blew my mind but changed my life trajectory completely.

I became instructor becouse I know first-hand, how the simple but powerful technique can create changes in your life in a matter of minutes. Becouse I know you can tap into your inner power to become Happy, Strong and Healthy.
