Persönlicher Hintergrund

Ich wollte mehr Lebensenergie. Ich wollte mehr Freude am Leben haben.

Ich wollte fit und glücklich sein.

In einer Lebenskrise und tiefen Depression war ich auf der Suche nach Methoden, die WIRKLICH funktionieren.

Als ich auf Wim Hof stieß, wusste ich, dass dieser Mann etwas hatte, was ich auch wollte: starke Lebensenergie und bombastische Gesundheit.

Ich hatte das Glück, einer der wenigen Trainer zu sein, die noch direkt von ihm ausgebildet wurden, um seine Methode weiterzugeben.

Seit 2018 habe ich tausende von Menschen dabei begleitet, ihre innere Verbindung zu stärken und ihre Lebendigkeit durch die Wim Hof Methode zu befreien.

Mein Ansatz: Verbindung zur inneren Natur.

Viele von uns haben ihre innere Verbindung verloren und damit auch ihre Vitalität, ihr Glück und ihre Gesundheit.

Lasst uns diese innere Verbindung zurückgewinnen!

Lebensfreude, Energie und Gesundheit sind die natürliche Folge!

Personal Background

I wanted more life energy. I wanted more joy in life.

I wanted to be fit and happy.

In a life crisis and deep depression, I was looking for methods that REALLY work.

When I came across Wim Hof, I knew this man had something I wanted too: strong life energy and bombastic health.

I was lucky enough to be one of the few trainers still trained directly by him to pass on his method.

Since 2018, I have guided thousands of people to strengthen their inner connection and release their aliveness through the Wim Hof Method.

My approach: connection to the inner nature.

Many of us have lost their inner connection, and with this, their vitality, happiness and health.

Lets get back that inner connection!

Joy of life, energy and health are the natural result!

In addition to the Wim Hof Method, I also research and practice other ways of this inner connection, which I also incorporate into my seminars.

Additional Practices

Mindfulness Meditation (Tich Nhat Hanh)

In a Buddhist monastery in France (Plum Village) I learned the mindfulness meditations of the Zen master Tich Nhat Hanh.

Movement Praxis (Ido Portal)

Taught by several teachers, including Maximilian Freiler, I practice mindful movement / animal movement daily.

Releasing stuck emotions (Vivien Dittmar)

Trapped emotions make our lives difficult because they affect us subconsciously and block our life force. I practice and teach methods to release these stuck emotions.
